Condens 5000 W condensing appliance offers you the perfect combination of innovative cutting-edge technology and compact dimensions. Its capacity is in a class of its own – individual outputs of 65 or 98 kW and cascaded outputs up to 400 kW. It is ideal for apartment blocks and housing complexes.

Condensing technology, the efficiency principle:
Condensing technology allows heat to be obtained in a very economical way. In a condensing appliance, a heat exchanger cools the water vapour sufficiently for it to turn back into water. Thus, the condensation heat contained in the waste gas is used to obtain additional heat. The effect: More heat from less energy. Condens 5000 W demos this, with a capacity factor of 110%.
